Lancom and Thess INTEC Sign Strategic Memorandum of Understanding
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Thess INTEC and Lancom was officially signed during an event hosted at Lancom’s Balkan Gate Data Center, in the presence of representatives from both organizations and members of the press. Attendees were given a guided tour of the facility and a detailed presentation of the key pillars of the agreement.
This strategic partnership reflects the shared commitment of both parties to establish Thess INTEC as a leading Innovation and Technology Center, supported by advanced digital infrastructure from the outset of its operations.
As a strategic partner and shareholder, Lancom introduces a multi-layered collaboration framework aimed at ensuring the technological excellence of Thess INTEC. The partnership includes:
• Deployment of a new Lancom edge data center within Thess INTEC, designed to support the current and future needs of the organization and its tenants
• Secure, high-speed interconnection between Balkan Gate Thessaloniki and Thess INTEC
• Provision of telecom, cloud, and data center services to companies and organizations operating within the Innovation Center
• Development of joint initiatives with educational and technological focus
